Ben was raised on a dairy farm and is still a dairy farmer today. His lifetime involvement in the dairy industry equates to over 30 years of experience in dairy transportation, as well as over 20 years in driving and over 10 years in the compliance and scheduling spaces.

Kirk was also raised in a dairy farm and brings over 12 years of experience as a national logistics and commercial relations manager, as well as over 8 years as a local transport manager and 15 years as a dairy processor.
